    The property to be offered pursuant to this notice of sale is being offered for sale, transfer and conveyance "AS IS, WHERE IS."     Under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Amanda Smith Ledbetter to Debbie Marsteiner and Patricia Harvey, Trustee(s), which was dated October 19, 2005 and recorded on December 7, 2005 in Book 490 at Page 0093, Alexander County Registry, North Carolina.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSALS
TO PURCHASE ALEXANDER COUNTY HOME HEALTH AGENCY

    Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §131E-13(d)(5), notice is hereby given that the Alexander County Board of Commissioners (the “Board”), will conduct a public hearing on the proposals to purchase the assets utilized in the operation of its Medicare-certified home health agency, Alexander County Home Health Agency (the “Proposals”).  As of Friday, June 26, 2015, the Proposals will be available for public inspection on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Clerk’s Office located at 621 Liledoun Road, Taylorsville, North Carolina 28681.
    The public hearing will be held at the Board’s regular meeting on Monday, July 13, 2015, which meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the CVCC-Alexander Center, located at 345 Industrial Boulevard, Taylorsville, North Carolina 28681.  The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments related to the Proposals.  All interested persons are invited to be heard at the public hearing.  Individuals requiring special accommodations should contact the Clerk to the Board at (828) 632-9332, at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing.
