Mary Beth Roberts, 71, of Hiddenite, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at Gordon Hospice House, in Statesville.
Mary was born September 26, 1945, in Otsego County, New York, daughter of the late John Wesley Thayer and Ruth Elizabeth Simmons Thayer.
A memorial service was conducted Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Carol Wilkinson officiated.
