Mary Magdalene “Pauline” Teague

Mary Magdalene “Pauline” Teague, 86, of Hickory, went to her heavenly home on Friday, February 24, 2017 at her daughter’s residence.

She was born on August 13, 1930, daughter of the late Effie Lottie Bentley. In her lifetime, she had worked for Salem Furniture, in Bethlehem. Mary was a member at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Barbara Teague Benfield; and a son, Harvey Teague.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., at Bethlehem Baptist Church, and the funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m., with Rev. Wayne Caviness officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice of Alexander County @ 50 Lucy Echerd Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
