Ruth Lackey Boyd
Ruth Lackey Boyd, 94, of Stony Point, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Greenhaven Health Center, in Greensboro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Philadelphia United Methodist Church, 4165 Old Mountain Road, Stony Point. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Pastor Kristy Burnette will officiate. Burial will be in Philadelphia UMC Cemetery.

I’m going to miss my Great Aunt Ruth; she was an important part of my childhood. Whenever I was in Stony Point, NC she took time to spend with me. My memories of those times are some of my fondest. I love you Aunt Ruth.
I am the grandson of Clyde Mosely and would like to meet my Grandfather for the first time. My mom is Wendy Scott Clydes daughter!
