Sarah Etta Johnson Phelps, 96, of Statesville, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Gordon Hospice House, Statesville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Grace Alliance Fellowship, 773 Mocksville Highway, Statesville. Pastor Charles Wall will officiate. Burial will be later at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, Maryland.
