Johnnie Douglas Branton, 77, of Statesville, died July 1, 2017.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Stony Point. Rev. Brian Douthit and Rev. Allen Mullens will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., before the service, at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
