Kathy Kerley Fox, 65, of Taylorsville, passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2017 at her residence.

Kathy was born March 30, 1952, in Alexander County, daughter of the late Ronda Parks and Etta Gaynell Wike Kerley. Before retirement, she was employed at Friendship Upholstery as a sewer. Kathy was a member of Millersville Baptist Church, in Taylorsville.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Roger Dale Fox, and daughter, Sandra Fox, of the home; in addition, she is survived by daughter, Amy F. Icard (Brent) of Taylorsville, and son, Matthew Fox (Marc) of Harrisburg. Kathy is also survived by four brothers, Phillip Kerley (Lois) of Mocksville, Andy Kerley (Cynthia) of Stony Point, Randy Kerley (Vickie) of Bethlehem, and Rex Kerley (Sharon) of Taylorsville.

Funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Monday, October, 2, 2017, at Millersville Baptist Church, 130 Millersville Church Road, Taylorsville. Pastor Bill Orren and Rev Brian Kerley will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service, from 2:30-4:00 p.m., at Millersville Baptist Church.
