Nancy Ellen Transeau Nunnery, 50, of Taylorsville, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 22, 1969, in Wilkes County, to Stonewall Jackson and Doris Elaine Bullock Transeau. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her dog, Molly, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Robin Elaine Nunnery; nieces, Amanda Victoria Transeau and Nicole Nunnery; and nephew, Eric Nunnery.
Nancy is survived by her canine companion, Molly; her brothers and sisters, Lilly Victoria Lovette and spouse Charles of Ronda, John Transeau, and Emily Blankenship and spouse Blaine, all of Hiddenite, and Tammy Harmon and Steve Transeau, both of Taylorville; special friend, Chris Baily of Taylorsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Miller Funeral Chapel with Rev. Brandon Felts officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

Nancy you will be missed when I saw you and molly last I didnt realize you were that sick i wish I wouldve known I didnt get to tell you goodbye properly it breaks my heart I will miss you terribly sweetheart maybe one day well meet again my condolences go out to the family love you guys
Steve this is Jeremy’s mom and we are so sorry to here about nancy I really did enjoy talking to her she was a very sweet person if we can do any thing let us know and you and the family are in our prayers
