James William Doris

James William Doris, 78, of Taylorsville, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his residence.

Born March 16, 1942, he was the son of James Peter Doris and Emma Rose Doris. Born in Queens, New York, he worked in the HVAC service industry most of his life. He was a devout Christian.

A brother, Kenneth Doris of Beaufort, South Carolina, and a son, James Doris, survive him.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory.
