Trinity Jacob “Trent” Walker

Trinity Jacob “Trent” Walker, 21, of Taylorsville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Charlotte Main Hospital.

Trent was born June 18, 2000, in Catawba County, to Charlie Walker, Jr. (Mari Hewett) of Taylorsville, and Keisha Phillips Walker (Bobby Keever) of Maiden.

He worked in furniture and was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church in Wilkesboro. He loved his babies, his little girl and boy on the way. He enjoyed music and singing, especially with his Big Pa Pa and Pa Pa. He just enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charlie Walker, Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Clifford and Debbie Phillips; and his brother, Alex Dean Walker.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish and honor his memory include his daughter, Adalyne Renea Walker; his son who is due in August, Draco Max; his paternal grandmother, Judy Walker of Taylorsville; the mother of his children, Arizona Kennedy; his great-grandparents, Cleatus and Bobbie Smith of Bethlehem; two special aunts, Amy Webb and Jessica Law; special friend, Justin Pope; step-sister, Amber Keever; step-brothers, Nathan Keever, Randall Thurmon, and Zackery Hewett; and step-nephew, Hunter Keever.

The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Smyrna Baptist Church. Rev. Steven Hamm, Rev. Allen Mullins, Rev. Jerry Shoemaker, Rev. Mitchell Rash, and Rev. Ronnie Allen will officiate. Burial will follow at the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
