He was born January 19, 1959, to the late R.D. Little and Ada Millsaps. Steven attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Mr. Little will lie in state at Alexander Funeral Service on Sunday, September 12, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the funeral service in the Alexander Funeral Service Chapel at 4:00 p.m.
