Timothy Odell Crane, 39, of Taylorsville, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2022, at his home.

Timothy was born July 16, 1983, in Alexander County, to Timothy Wade Sweet of Hiddenite and the late Sheila Crane.

Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Timothy Sweet and stepmother Cindy Sweet of Hiddenite; a son, Mark Crane of Hiddenite; a half-brother, Terry L. Sweet of Hiddenite; two half-sisters, Jessica R. Sweet Snyder and husband D.J. of Lenoir, and Tamara M. Sweet of Statesville; and an aunt, Linda Crane Sweet.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at Sound Doctrine Baptist Church, 138 East Main Ave., Taylorsville. Pastor Jeff Webb will officiate.
