Alvin James Baldwin

Alvin James Baldwin, 83, of Taylorsville, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Catawba Valley Medical Center.

Alvin was born August 4, 1939, in Wilkes County, the son of the late Samuel Eugene Baldwin and Maggie Johnson Baldwin.

In his early years, he had worked in textiles and also enjoyed peddling produce. He was a US Army veteran and was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish his memories include a daughter, Denise Baldwin Hubbard; and two sisters, Elizabeth Millsaps of Taylorsville, and Brenda Deal of Moravian Falls.
