Ted Alan Teague & Micheal Allen Teague

Ted Alan Teague, 75, and Micheal Allen Teague, 42, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in Alexander County.

Ted was born on Monday, July 5, 1948, in Caldwell County, to the late Carl Ford and Edith Minton Teague. He was a member of New Life Church. Ted was a jack of all trades and very involved in church. Ted and Micheal had a landscaping business together.

Micheal was born on Thursday, January 1, 1981, to Staranna Glover Teague and the late Ted Alan Teague in Pierce County, Washington. He attended New Life Church. Micheal was a mama’s boy. He enjoyed knitting and doing crafts. He loved animals, especially ducks. He worked alongside his dad in their landscaping business.

Those left to cherish the memories of Ted include his wife of 43 years, Staranna Teague; two sons, Carl Edward Teague and James Richard Teague; siblings, Julia Howell (Robert), Richard Teague (Karen), and Betty Hall (Chuck); and three grandchildren.

Those left to cherish the memories of Micheal include his mother, Staranna Teague; two brothers, Carl Edward Teague and James Richard Teague; a niece; and two nephews.

There will be a family-led service on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at New Life Church at 3:00 p.m. Pastor Steve Watson will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alexander County Animal Services, 116 Waggin Trail Dr, Taylorsville, NC 28681; or Alexander County Library – Bethlehem Branch, 45 Rink Dam Rd, Hickory, NC 28601.
