Floyd McCann

Floyd McCann, 69, of Union Grove, passed away unexpectedly on February 21, 2025, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Floyd was born in Iredell County on October 28, 1955, to the late Benny Lee McCann and Nellie Nancy Bell of Statesville.

In addition to his mother, survivors include a son, Michael Floyd McCann of Statesville; a daughter, Alisha Perrow of Statesville; a brother, Kenneth McCann of Union Grove; and two sisters, Karen Addis of Olin and Kathleen McCann of Statesville.

A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Grassy Knob Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Johnny Arnold will officiate. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., at Chapman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chapman Funeral Home for the services of Floyd McCann.
