Federal funds released for Alex. Schools

Federal money for Alexander County Schools was released on Monday, July 21, 2025, according to Central Office staff.

According to Andrea Robinette of the school system’s Finance staff, the Federal Title IV-B amount for Alexander is $120,000. This is funding for 21st Century Community Learning Centers.

In Alexander County Schools, this money is used for a Summer STEM camp (happening this week), credit recovery, and summer career acceleration for health science, skilled trades, and computer science.
