Teresa Dugger Mitcham

Teresa Dugger Mitcham, 55, of Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Frye Regional Medical Center.

Teresa was born May 16, 1969, in Catawba County, the daughter of Gordon Dugger and Joyce Dugger Dugger.

She was a self-employed Certified Nursing Assistant and was a member of Grace Baptist Church in the Bethlehem Community. She enjoyed going to the beach, playing the piano, and reading. She loved her grandbabies and her church family.

Including her parents, those left to cherish and honor her memories include her husband, Ellis Wayne Mitcham; her daughter, Kimberly “Niki” Nicole Warren of Conover; her step-sons, Brian Mitcham and Adam Mitcham, both of Hickory; her grandchildren, Emily Nichole Shew and Adain Lee Warren; her sister, Cricket Snyder of the Bethlehem Community; her niece, Courtney Morrison (Andrew); her nephew, Logan Snyder (Makayla); her great-niece, Blakely Snyder; her great-nephew, Wolfie Morrison (WG); and special cousins, Keith Dugger, Freddie Percival, Sandy Parker, and Gail Dugger.

The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Grace Baptist Church in Bethlehem. Pastor Mark Bumgarner will officiate. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the service.
