Stewart Randolph “Randy” Brittain

Stewart Randolph “Randy” Brittain, 56, of Taylorsville, went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2017 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Randy was born December 23, 1960, in Alexander County, son of the late Sanford Pinkney Brittain and Martha Lucille Hubbard Brittain who survives. Before becoming disabled, he was employed by Jack Sipe Contruction as a Master Carpenter. Randy was a member of Sound Doctrine Baptist Church, in Taylorsville.

Randy is survived by his wife, Janet Woodring Brittain of the home; a son, Samuel Brittain of New Jersey; and a brother, Russell Brittain of Taylorsville.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Victory Baptist Church, 5076 NC Hwy 16 North, Taylorsville. Pastor Jeff Webb, Evangelist Earl Godfrey, and Pastor Phillip Coffey will officiate. Burial will follow the funeral service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 25, 2017, from 6-8 p.m., at Victory Baptist Church.
