Vica Mae Poteat Jordan

Vica Mae Poteat Jordan, 87, of Union Grove, passed away on February 23, 2025, at her residence. Vica Mae was born at home to Hugh and Luvella Poteat on July 6, 1937.

Survivors include three children, Layne, Dale, and Carol Mahaffey; and four sisters, Agnes Poole, Kathleen Huffman, Charlotte Whitaker, and Pat Welborn.

Services will be held at Sweet Home Baptist Church on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
