Steve David Fox, 84, born on Sunday, March 16, 1941, in Alexander County, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2025.

Steve proudly owned and operated Fox Landscaping and Grading. He was a member of Oxford Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children, Stephen Jeffrey Fox and Dana Fox Houston; and his siblings, Jarvis Fox, Ruth Dancy, and Allen Fox.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Oxford Baptist Church, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Oxford Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Joel Frye will officiate.

The family will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to Oxford Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5965 Springs Road, Conover, NC 28613.
