Charles Cliston Foster

Charles Cliston Foster, 64, of Taylorsville, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Carolina Caring in Newton.

Charles was born on March 19, 1962, in Illinois, the son of the late Russell Foster and Elsie Hann Foster. Charles worked in construction and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his brothers, Tom Foster and Bill Foster.
