Peggy Boliek Parham went home to the Lord on January 23, 2025.
Born September 9, 1939, to Clyde and Irene Boliek of Bethlehem, Peggy was a basketball star at Taylorsville High School until 1957. Afterward, she was co-founder of what is now Hancock and Moore Furniture, then a veterinary bookkeeper/assistant, and an avid gardener. Peggy was cared for in the home by her devoted partner, Crispin Reyna, a former Marine from Dumas, Texas.
Survivors include a daughter, Camellia W. Rhyne; three grandsons, Micheal Lee Price, Jeffery Max Price, and Brandon Daniel Lowman; and five great-grandchildren, Nicholas Alexander Price, Ethan Chandler Price, Jonas Oliver Price, Grayson Elliot Price, Adelaide Lillian Price, and Sawyer Isaiah Price.
Peggy was preceded in death by her daughter, April Ann Jonas, and granddaughter, Lauren Alanna Lowman and husband Robert Louis Parham.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12 p.m., with Pastor Allen Boliek officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
