The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., program, planned by the Alexander County NAACP, has been rescheduled for Wednesday morning, Jan. 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. on WACB AM 860 Radio, due to the weather and road conditions.

Due to inclement weather all CVCC campuses will be closed on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. All day and evening classes and activities are cancelled, stated Cody S. Dalton, CVCC’s Public Information Officer.

Due to hazardous road conditions from the snow, ice, and cold temperatures, Alexander County Government offices and Rocky Face Park will be closed on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, according to County Public Information Officer Gary Herman.
